Specific terms of service delivery (timelines, cost, SLA, scope of work) are defined by an individual contract or commercial proposal, not by these Terms.

You agree to:

• not use the website for unlawful purposes
• not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Company's systems
• not copy, distribute, or modify website content without written consent
• not use automated tools to collect data from the website (scraping) without permission

Submitting a request through the website form:

• does not constitute entering into a contract
• does not obligate the Company to provide services
• is a request for consultation or a commercial proposal

The Company reserves the right to refuse services without explanation. All prices on the website are indicative unless stated otherwise.

All website materials (texts, design, logo, code, graphics) are intellectual property of REKONIT LLC or used under license.

Regarding work results under contract:

• rights to code and deliverables transfer to the client per contract terms
• before contract signing and payment, all rights belong to the Company
• the Company may use a general project description (without NDA-confidential details) in its portfolio

When working with clients, we sign an NDA before exchanging confidential information. Website submissions are processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

The client agrees not to disclose commercial proposals, internal processes, and technical solutions of the Company without written consent.

The website is provided "as is". The Company does not guarantee:

• uninterrupted website operation in all browsers and devices
• absence of technical errors or viruses
• accuracy of all prices and timelines without clarification

The Company is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss arising from use of the website, except as expressly provided by applicable law of Ukraine.

The website may contain links to third-party sites. The Company does not control their content and is not responsible for their privacy policies or terms of use.

The Company is released from liability for failure to perform obligations in cases of force majeure: military actions, natural disasters, government decisions, power outages, cyberattacks, etc. — in accordance with the laws of Ukraine.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Disputes are resolved through negotiation. If no agreement is reached — in the competent court at the Company's location (Kyiv).

For EU clients, mandatory consumer protection laws of the country of residence may apply.

The Company may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website after publication of changes constitutes your agreement to the updated Terms.
